Daniëlle Arets

Daniëlle Arets, 28, studied visual culture at the University of Maastricht and media studies at Aarhus University in Denmark. She worked as a journalist and cultural organiser for the University of Maastricht, the Dutch television company VARA, and Felix Meritis European Centre for Arts and Sciences in Amsterdam. For the last five years, she has worked at the Utrecht discussion and cultural centre TUMULT, where she organises and moderates lectures, events and discussions on politics, culture and science. She also works as a freelance journalist under the name capaDA.
